Installation notes

  1. 1Ensure gunning machine is calibrated for correct air pressure (3–5 bar) and water addition
  2. 2Clean eroded surface, remove loose material and wash with air jet before gunning
  3. 3Apply in thin layers (25–50 mm per pass) to prevent slumping on vertical surfaces
  4. 4Allow each layer to set before applying the next
  5. 5Water ring position is critical, adjust to achieve optimal wet/dry gunning consistency
  6. 6Preheat repair area to 200–400°C before gunning on cold substrate
