Installation notes
- 1Ensure gunning machine is calibrated for correct air pressure (3–5 bar) and water addition
- 2Clean eroded surface, remove loose material and wash with air jet before gunning
- 3Apply in thin layers (25–50 mm per pass) to prevent slumping on vertical surfaces
- 4Allow each layer to set before applying the next
- 5Water ring position is critical, adjust to achieve optimal wet/dry gunning consistency
- 6Preheat repair area to 200–400°C before gunning on cold substrate
