Installation notes
- 1Strictly follow manufacturer water addition (typically 3.5–4.5%), excess water destroys properties
- 2Use forced-action or planetary mixer, drum mixer not suitable for ULCC
- 3Vibration is critical: 30–45 seconds per layer using 25–40 mm needle vibrator
- 4Extended curing: minimum 48 hrs covered before dry-out begins
- 5Dry-out is slower than LCC: 10°C/hr to 110°C, hold 24 hrs; then 15°C/hr stages to operating temp
