Installation notes
- 1CA 337: mix with approximately 10–12% water and apply as coil grout over the coil before the working lining is rammed
- 2CA 337: allow the coat to dry fully before ramming the working lining against it
- 3PA 748: mix 7.8–10 litres of clean water per 25 kg bag, adjusting for water temperature, ambient conditions and required working time
- 4PA 748: apply to a cleaned, sound surface as a primer or undercoat, then build up the patch
- 5Both are hygroscopic, store in a cool dry place and keep bags sealed until use
- 6Follow the manufacturer’s heat-up schedule; do not return the furnace to full power before the patch has dried through
