Installation notes
- 1Supplied ready to use, do not add water to phosphate-bonded grades
- 2Ram in 25–50 mm layers with a pneumatic rammer; key into anchors for vertical/overhead work
- 3Cut vent holes for moisture/volatile escape before heat-up
- 4Controlled dry-out: 30°C/hr to 350°C with holds; phosphate bond develops strength on first firing
